Everything in this book is easy to understand. It's powerful exactly for that reason....what is easy to understand also makes it easy to implement. As an Executive Coach, my goal is be a catalyst for change. This is an excellent tool, both for individuals and for coaches, wanting to drive meaningful change, whether it is for personal or professional gain.
