Oh my!! I loved this book!! Boss without Benefits is side hurting kind of funny. I needed this story! My cheeks were hurting from all of the smiles and I fell for these characters hard. Lili has a way with her writing that will sucker her readers into the story and have them saying late into the night 'Just one More Chapter'! Book friends! The hero is easy to love and swoon over. He loves his kid and your heart will melt over it! Our loveable heroine is witty! The chemistry with these two are off the charts, but there are a few twists and turns. Boss Without Benefits is a book I whole heartily recommend! You will have the laughters and hearts in the eyes moments. The romance heat level is a slow simmer to a boil. I loved this story and look forward to this series!!

I loved Drew and Tatum’s one night stand, single dad, nanny swoonfest. Drew and Tatum are real, relatable people who have flaws, but are really just trying to do their best as decidedly flawed and messy humans. Tatum is from a big weird Kentucky family. She decides to move to Minnesota for a job as a nanny and to escape her small town and the unfavorable opinion of her family. Drew is a divorced single dad who is trying to give his 4 year old, Sarah Beth, the best life he can. On a rare night out he meets Tatum her first night in town. They share an unforgettable steamy and hilarious night together with plans for date two. Unfortunately, all the swoony plans come to a screeching halt when Drew and Tatum realize she’s his new nanny. Of course, love, life, feelings, and fate rarely stay in the box you try to force them in. Drew and Tatum’s journey to their HEA is a fun c’mere, c’mere, get away, get away balance of sweet moments, steamy scenes, chuckles, supportive friends, messy families, painful pasts, and heart squeezing love. The supporting characters were also well developed and interesting which added an extra fun dimension to the story, especially Sarah Beth who was a wonderful and integral addition to the story rather than a flimsy story prop. And the feels - definitely expect them - you’ll swoon, grit your teeth, snort laugh, groan, cry, and cheer. I am looking forward to Barrett and Wren’s story next. 4.5 stars.
