This book offers practical advice on how to be a happy mother. The many references to God seemed out of place, almost as if the author was working through her own struggle with God, then decided to include it in the book.

This book was great! Each topic covered hit home (some harder than others) but all relevant. The book was informative and relatable and succinct enough to get down to the point without too much fluff in the way. The end of each chapter had the "make the habit stick" bullet points which were fabulous! So it can help you actually incorporate what you learned! Really great read!!!
