This book was honestly so hard to read at first because I didn’t understand why someone would give up all hope, but once I saw she actually hadn’t it got much better to see her pull herself out of the sewers and become a lawyer!

This is my second time reading this book and it is simply AMAZING!!!!!!

I read this book at a younger age but never got to actually enjoy and finish it. I love this book so much and it brings me great hope and inspiration!! I’m so proud of this woman and hope she is doing well.

This book made me cry and then it inspired me to rise above the pain I’ve felt from my own experiences. I hurt for Cupcake and then was inspired by her persistence. This book was easy to read. It has forever changed my way of thinking for the better!
