i’ve read the book twice looking for the ‘chekov’s gun’ that may be buried within. as with all the david weber books i’ve read, it is a easy, engrossing read. i am never sure how the phrase easy read is to be taken, in this case the story flows along it’s various paths smoothly. the only disappointment was the ‘blurb’ on the content of the book was so off the mark
