Love this author, this is the second book of hers that I’ve read and it had me longing for her next book to be released. Her writing is witty, honest and her characters are very relatable

If you are like me and you loved Dolly’s book Everything I Know About Love, you are craving more of her writing. This book will only partially satiate that desire. While Dolly’s voice is luminously present in the first-person narration of Nina’s life, you might find the narrator to be a little critical and judgemental, especially of her friend Lola. The plot becomes a little repetitive, but ultimately churns out refreshing new takes on singledom.
  • No warm fuzzy here.

This is a poignant read and I found the story a little depressing. There is not much happiness in this story and felt it unfinished. It is a good read, just don’t expect a warm fuzzy with this one.
