Worth skipping

I’ve read 3 of this author’s Prof. Acton books so far. Two were decent. This one, not so much. It starts strong, but quickly falls into 3 pages of the author’s political views on campaign finance (apropos of nothing to do with the story) and then moves straight into an implausible (bordering in ridiculous) story. To be clear, the religious theme isn’t the issue: it’s the overall story plot.
