I will read this book over and over again. It is absolutely amazing, and very educational. I will take the wisdom from this book very far and use it for the rest of my life.

After reading so much about verbal communication from this book, I feel enthusiastic to know that I may now be more able to form compassionate relationships with the people in my life.
